Novak Djokovic goes into 2024’s first Grand Slam as the number one ranked player in the world, having also won three of the four Slams last year, finishing runner up at Wimbledon.

The Serbian’s win at Roland Garros last season made him the sport’s most successful male player of all time, overtaking Rafael Nadal’s total of 22 Grand Slam titles, which he then extended to 24 at the US Open last summer.
