Premier League fixture release day LIVE: 2022/23 season dates and full schedule announced – Arsenal kick off campaign, Man United v Nottingham Forest on Boxing Day, Man City v Chelsea on penultimate weekend

The 2021/22 Premier League season ended just under a month ago, but it’s already time to start looking forward.

We’re excited for the new campaign and today is the day we find out the full fixtures for 2022/23.

The campaign will get up and running on the weekend of August 6 but we may have another Friday night start as per recent seasons.

And there will be plenty of fresh talent to feast your eyes on next term with Darwin Nunez and Erling Haaland among the big signings already sealed this summer – the strikers only strengthen the squads of last season’s standout teams, Liverpool and Manchester City.

The likes of Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea are all looking to get back to the top as well, and are plotting major summer signings, while further down the table, Newcastle, Aston Villa and West Ham are also preparing for an exciting year ahead.

There will also be huge anticipation for Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Bournemouth, who are back in the Premier League.
