This Saturday, we get an extra DFS slate, and that means an extra DFS article in the DFS Pass! Below, I’ll highlight each game, including cash and GPP picks for both DraftKings and FanDuel. Let’s dive in!
General Strategy
On a small slate like this, it will be nearly impossible to fade some of the higher rostered players and given that the player pool is much smaller, we’ll see the roster percentages elevated. Even in GPPs, I’m likely to build lineups featuring 4-5 “cash” picks listed below then trying to find a few GPP differentiators to throw in. In addition, smaller slates tend to lead to building lineups with less rules. For example, it’s okay to play multiple players against your defense, and it’s viable to play more than one RB from the same game. On a normal 10-12 game main slate, we generally try avoid these lineup building errors.
