We Need Spellers for Tomorrow’s Spelling Bee

I’ll cut right to the chase I just got word that a couple people backed out of tomorrow’s Philly Spelling Brawl at Gaul & Co. at the last minute. No problem. That just means more opportunity for someone else. Next man up attitude. I know throwing this out at 4pm on a Friday isn’t going to land me the the best chance of getting some contestants, but maybe there’s someone at happy hour reading this and wants to break a mental sweat on a Saturday. So if that’s the case I WANT YOU!

There’s an opportunity to win $500 if you come in first and an AirBNB gift card if you’re the best speller out of all of the bars participating. You’ll always remembered you paid for your summer vacation, bachelor/bachelorette party, or weekend getaway because you’re so fucking smart. Talk about a story for the rest of your life.  It’s a pretty nice payday for only like an hour of work. I’ll sneak ya a couple Miller Lites as a token of my gratitude. The event starts at 1pm at Gaul and Co. in Port Richmond. The only requirement is you have to have a pulse. Smart or dumb. Fat or skinny. Short or tall. I don’t care.
