The world can’t get enough of Jameis Winston in primetime after Week 12’s snowball in primetime. The Browns head to Denver to take on the favored Broncos, but snow is not on the radar. The other QB in this duel is rookie Bo Nix who’s ascended to the Offensive Rookie of the Year discussion after winning two straight and going toe to toe with Patrick Mahomes in a close loss. The Broncos sit at 7-5 and are currently the 7th seed in the AFC if the playoffs started today. Browns wide receiver gets a small reunion heading back to Denver after spending 4 years with the team that drafted him.

Nix has certainly made strides in the passing game over the last 3 games, tossing 8 touchdowns to just 0 interceptions while completing 71% of his passes. The rushing attempts that we saw earlier in the season have diminished, but I’m expecting them to return on Monday. For starters, the Browns allow the 4th most rushing attempts per game this season (5.82) to opposing QBs. When Nix sees 5+ rush attempts in a game this season, he hits this line in 5 of 8 games. The Browns are 3rd in the NFL in pressure rate and Myles Garrett barreling down on the edge should have Nix quick to tuck it and pick up easy yards. This is a 1 unit play from me.
