One Player Prop to Think About for Each NFL Divisional Round Game

This is the first time since Week 10 where we get to peacefully enjoy other teams playing football without having to worry about the Philadelphia Eagles in any capacity.

Throw out your worries about the coaching situation, Jalen Hurts’ struggles, and any personnel moves Howie Roseman has to make and just watch some elite level football.

Oh by the way, this is the last multi-day football weekend until Labor Day, so enjoy. All divisional round games are available to wager with Pennsylvania online sports betting or NJ online sports betting.

Here are some player props to consider across the four-game slate.

Isaiah Likely over 36.5 receiving yards

Mark Andrews isn’t playing and Isaiah Likely has been one of Lamar Jackson’s favorite targets recently. Add to the fact that Houston allowed the fifth-most receiving yards and tied for the most receptions allowed to opposing tight ends in the regular season.

Likely cleared the 40-yard mark in five of his last six regular season games. The only exception to the trend was the Week 18 game in a monsoon against Pittsburgh in which Baltimore played Tyler Huntley. Likely still had 31 yards on two catches in that contest.

Jayden Reed over 40.5 receiving yards

Jayden Reed was Jordan Love’s go-to guy all season long and then he didn’t catch a single pass in the Packers’ wild card win over the Cowboys.

Green Bay will probably follow a pass-heavy game script playing from behind against the 49ers, and if they’re ahead, then the Packers probably hit a few big plays through the air.

Reed had at least 40 receiving yards eight times this season and had more than 50 yards in his final three regular-season appearances.

Jared Goff over 280.5 passing yards

We didn’t see it firsthand last week because, well, the Eagles were dysfunctional, but the Buccaneers actually do not have a strong passing defense.

In fact, Tampa Bay allowed more than 300 passing yards six times this season. Five of those occurrences came on the road and the sixth was at home against Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions.

Six of Goff’s nine-best passing performances came inside Ford Field, and he should look better this week with a healthier Sam LaPorta at his disposal.

James Cook Over 61.5 Rushing Yards

James Cook tortured the Chiefs in Week 14 with 58 rushing yards and 83 receiving yards.

Cook had 79 rushing yards in the Bills’ wild card win over the Steelers  and he performed much better in Orchard Park this season.

Seven of Cook’s games with 70 or more rushing yards occurred at home. He should have a massive workload on Sunday as the Bills try to keep Patrick Mahomes off the field as much as possible.
