Last season, the Jets finished third in the NFL, with 292.3 yards per game allowed. With Rodgers giving the Jets better field position in this matchup, the Jets’ defense should be even more stout and put up stronger numbers!

Williams is back on the line, but he is going into Week 1 without any reps in training camp. Aiyuk has been on the sideline during his holdout, too. It won’t take them long to warm up, but one half of rust could be enough to give the Jets an edge.

I don’t see any value in the first score being a touchdown at -186. Laying that price for a prop bet like this isn’t the best strategy for this wager. Conversely, I spot plenty of value on a field goal for the first score at +140.
