Best NBA Parlay Picks Today, Friday 12/13: 3-Leg Parlay at mega +1365 odds – Lakers surprise without LeBron

It is a busy night in the Association with 16 teams hitting the NBA hardwood. The game of the night is in Denver where the Clippers and Nuggets clash at 9 pm ET, head over to our NBA Picks for predictions on the spread and total. Let’s dive into my 3 best bets for tonight’s action!

With both teams underperforming so far this season, both the Pacers and Sixers are under a lot of pressure right now. Indiana has just 1 victory in 6 games, this mini 5 day break will be useful for them as they try to recalibrate a bit. Philadelphia has been on a solid run of 4 wins in 5 games, but 3 of those came against teams with losing records and 1 win came against an injury depleted Orlando Magic team. Joel Embiid did return against Chicago, but his status is always up in the air. Indiana has a lot of wings that can bother the 76ers here, particularly Pascal Siakam who is averaging 24.7 points per game in his last 3 vs the Sixers. Indiana was close to beating Philly in the first meeting of the season, but a superhuman effort by Tyrese Maxey who had 45 points prevented that in OT. Over the last 18 meetings the Pacers have covered the spread 12 times, I feel like Friday’s game could once again be a close one which favors the road team and the extra spread.

LA Lakers ML (+295)

Not having LeBron James here actually helps the Lakers chances. LA has a -129 point differential when LeBron is out on the court, we just saw them dominate the Portland Trail Blazers in the first game of the season James didn’t play in. The defense looked really solid, it was only the 2nd time this season a team failed to crack the 100 point mark against the Lakers. D’Angelo Russell also played a stellar game with 28 points and 14 assists, he will be extra motivated here to do well against the team that traded him away. Minnesota has played solid defense too lately, but they are still just 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games at Target Center. Bad habits don’t just change overnight, so I am looking forward to Anthony Davis once again abusing Rudy Gobert down low. He’s had 30+ points in 3 of the last 5 meetings, Gobert just isn’t mobile enough to handle him. Lakers are 4-2 ATS in the last 6 meetings, I say we back them as road underdogs to pull off the upset here.

LA Clippers +6.5 (-106)

Following back-to-back losses, the Clippers are looking to bounce back against a Nuggets team they’ve beaten already twice this season. James Harden has performed extremely well vs Denver this season, averaging 31 points and 13.5 assists per game. Ivica Zubac is another guy that needs to be mentioned here, he has really upped his game on the boards this season. The Nuggets are just 2-3 SU over their last 5 games, Nikola Jokic simply isn’t getting the support from his teammates at the moment. Christian Braun, Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray are all on the injury report ahead of this game, we could once again see Jokic have a monster stat line. Losing to the Washington Wizards was a really bad look, the Nuggets are an unreliable 3-6-1 ATS in 10 home games this season. This has been a favorable match-up for LA, they’ve won 4 of the last 5 meetings and have covered the spread in 5 of 6. The two meetings this season were decided by 5 and 4 points, I expect a similar scenario on Friday. If that happens, then the smarter bet here is Clippers to cover.
