This weekend’s Premier League action runs over four days following the full round of matches in midweek, and sees several crucial matches taking place that will hugely affect both ends of the table as the season draws towards a dramatic conclusion.

Manchester City continue their title charge on Saturday with a visit to west London to take on a Fulham side still with an outside chance of a top seven finish and European qualification for next season.

With Arsenal not playing until Tuesday, Pep Guardiola’s side have the chance to put all the pressure on the Gunners in the battle for the title.

The battle for the top four also continues to thrill as three teams tussle for the final two places.

Newcastle welcome a Southampton side battling for their lives to stay in the division to St James’ Park, while Manchester United face a very tricky match against Aston Villa, who are statistically the Premier League’s best team since the turn of the year.

Unai Emery’s Villa are also looking to cement themselves a top seven place and secure European football for the first time in 12 years.

Liverpool take on Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday afternoon in another huge match in the battle for European places, determined to finish the season on a high after a tricky campaign of late.

Leeds are one of many teams in big trouble at the wrong end of the table, and face a trip to the south coast to take on a Bournemouth side who themselves aren’t quite out of the relegation picture just yet.

With Leicester and Everton playing each other on Monday, a win for Leeds on the south coast could prove twice as important with the guarantee that at least one of the Foxes or the Toffees will drop points.

Other matches this weekend sees Crystal Palace and West Ham kick off the weekend with a London derby at Selhurst Park, Brentford welcome a Nottingham Forest side staring a potential relegation in the face to west London and Brighton taking on Wolves, all on Saturday.
