Cristiano Ronaldo screams in referee’s face and shoves selfie taker despite late Al Nassr win

Cristiano Ronaldo was fuming at the referee after the final whistle despite Al Nassr’s win on Tuesday night.

Al Nassr reached the Asian Champions League group stage in dramatic fashion thanks to three late goals.

They were trailing 2-1 to UAE side Shabab Al Ahli and Ronaldo lost his cool when he was denied a penalty.

The 38-year-old went for a spectacular bicycle kick that hit a defender’s hand.

Appeals from the Al Nassr players were waved away, but they eventually made a spectacular late comeback.

Sultan Al-Ghannam equalised in the 88th minute, before dramatic late winners from Talisca and Marcelo Brozovic gave them a 4-2 win and passage to the group stages.

Ronaldo did not get on the scoresheet and vented his fury after the final whistle.

Videos posted on social media show the five-time Ballon d’Or winner screaming in the referee’s face.

He appeared to still be fuming over the failure to award him a penalty, and chance to score, earlier in the match despite the win.

Ronaldo seemingly told the referee to ‘wake up’ before then screaming ‘f***ing hell’.

There was a person trying to take a selfie on the touchline as he walked off and the 38-year-old shoved him out of the way.
