The Bucs and Titans final injury reports leading up to their matchup Sunday were released this afternoon, and it was revealed that Tampa Bay will be missing one defensive back while the team’s top two cornerbacks are questionable.
Josh Hayes (concussion) has been ruled out of Sunday’s game, while Jamel Dean (concussion) is still in protocol. Carlton Davis III (toe) worked his way up to limited participation on Friday and will be a game-time decision. The other most telling injury designation is left guard Matt Feiler (knee), who is listed as doubtful.
If he is not ready yet, there will be no debate that the Bucs go with Aaron Stinnie for a third straight game. Stinnie has been playing well, but offensive coordinator Dave Canales did not commit to him being the starter when asked about him Thursday.
“Stinnie [has done] a fantastic job,” Canales said. “I don’t want to go into the specifics of what we’re going to do this week knowing [Matt] Feiler is getting back to his health. In general, we don’t like to say a guy loses his job due to injury, but it’s a really hard decision for us right now because of how well Stinnie has played, and Matt was playing pretty [well] before that, too. I don’t want to give too much more information other than that. We have two good options there at left guard.”
Josh Hayes is OUT for Sunday’s game.
Matt Feiler is doubtful.
Jamel Dean is still in concussion protocol. He has to go through a couple more tests.
Carlton Davis got some reps today and will be a game time decision. #Bucs

What Did Bucs HC Todd Bowles Have To Say Friday?
Bucs head coach Todd Bowles had more to say about the status of some of his players after the Bucs had an “old school” Friday practice.
On Matt Feiler:
“Doubtful, unless he makes a full recovery in the next two days.”
On Carlton Davis III:
“He got some reps today, he’s getting better, [and] he’ll be a game-time decision, as well.”
On who would start at outside cornerback opposite Zyon McCollum should Jamel Dean and Davis be unavailable:
“We have [Derrek] Pitts and [Keenan] Issac on standby and ready to go.”
Besides the players mentioned, rookies Calijah Kancey (quadriceps) and Trey Palmer (neck/illness) are also listed as questionable. Kancey did not have an injury designation on Wednesday but was added on Thursday and has been a limited participant for the last two days. Palmer was limited on Wednesday and did not participate on Thursday before ramping it back up for the final practice of the week.
Each rookie has proved to be valuable when they are on the field, as Calijah Kancey has been disruptive with five quarterback hits, four tackles for loss, and two sacks in the five games he’s seen action. Trey Palmer has not been as much of a stat-sheet stuffer, but he has two touchdowns and has held down the third wide receiver role throughout the season.
Lastly, second-year defensive lineman Logan Hall (groin) is the fifth and final player listed as questionable. Although he did not play against his hometown Texans last week, it was encouraging that Hall practiced fully Friday after being limited earlier in the week.
On the Titans side, they have a larger injury report with five players being ruled out. The most notable absence is cornerback and former Buc Sean Murphy-Bunting. Murphy-Bunting, Tennessee’s top cornerback this season, has a thumb injury and will not make his return to Raymond James Stadium this Sunday. Wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) is also out, which will place even more emphasis on DeAndre Hopkins and to a lesser extent, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
Right guard Daniel Brunskill (ankle) has also been ruled out, weakening an offensive line that has struggled to keep its quarterbacks upright. From a Bucs standpoint, that will only add to their chances of being able to apply pressure on rookie quarterback Will Levis.
