Roy Keane was known as one of the toughest competitors the Premier League has ever seen.
So it should come as a shock to absolutely no one that he took a quiz deadly seriously.
Keane spent an illustrious 12 years at Manchester United where he counted seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the Champions League among his accolades.
That was before he made an acrimonious exit from Old Trafford in 2005 to join Celtic.
Tensions had been increasing between Keane and Ferguson for some time, and their relationship turned so sour that the former Republic of Ireland midfielder said he would never forgive his old manager.
It is perhaps no surprise it ended like it did considering both Keane and Ferguson were such combustible characters.
Nothing more perfectly summed up Keane’s character than when he went mad during a United squad quiz back in 1999, accusing others of cheating.
The clip was filmed as part of the documentary Manchester United: Beyond the Promised Land that chronicled their 1999/2000 season.

The quizmaster can be heard asking: “Who composed Rhapsody in Blue?”
The camera cuts to Keane, who says: “John, were you asked to change the questions two minutes ago? I think you were, weren’t you?
“You were asked to change all the questions.
“What’s the question, man!?”
The quizmaster repeats: “Who composed Rhapsody in Blue?”
After a couple of wrong answers, up pops Ferguson’s team with the correct reply of ‘Gershwin’.
There is a few audible groans, no doubt sympathising with Keane’s view that the bosses knew the questions beforehand.
The next question was: “Which sailor was the captain of a ship called the Black Pig?”
Fergie’s team replied: “Captain Pugwash.”
At that point, Keane got up from his seat and had had enough..
“You fixed it. You’re cheating,” he can be heard saying as he leaves.
It comes as no surprise that Keane is so competitive that he cannot handle losing a quiz.
