The English Premier League will have a midweek round of fixtures on October 18, 19, and 20. The headline fixture will see Manchester United host Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford. 

Nine games will be played over three days in the Premier League. The match between Arsenal and Manchester City was postponed due to the former filling a previously postponed Europa League game with PSV Eindhoven.

The Hammers are unbeaten in three straight games in the league. Liverpool will have their work cut out for them in this home game. History could be on Liverpool’s side. West Ham have won just one match in 26 visits to Anfield in the Premier League era. 

Our expectations are for a close game between the two rivals, with one goal separating them. Liverpool should win with the game ending 2-1. If you are looking for a potential goalscorer, Mohamed Salah is a great shout. he has four goals in his last two games for Liverpool.

Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur have won just four times at Old Trafford in 30 all-time matches in the Premier League. Spurs are playing well ahead of Wednesday’s match and are on a two-game winning streak in the league. 

Manchester United are unbeaten in back-to-back games in the Premier League. They drew nil-nil with Newcastle at home at the weekend. The Red Devils have a record of 23W-3D-4L against Tottenham at home. 

Manchester United are unbeaten in three straight games at home. Spurs, on the other hand, have won just two of three road games this season. 

The Soccer Buddy app is backing Manchester United to win 2-1. While Spurs are a better team on paper, United are strong at home against Tottenham historically. In addition, Spurs’ road form this season in the league isn’t great. Manchester United should edge the win at home thanks to their supporters.

Leicester City vs Leeds United

On Thursday, two teams near the bottom of the table will play in a six-point affair. Leicester City are 19th in the standings with five points from 10 games. Leeds United are 15th ahead of Thursday night’s match with nine points from nine fixtures. 

Leeds are winless in six straight league matches, and they are on a two-game losing streak. The Whites have been abysmal on the road with three straight matches ending in defeat. Just one point was taken on the road by Leeds this season. 

Leicester City picked up all five points at home. Their last two games at the King Power Stadium ended without defeat. The Foxes should win this game against a Leeds United team that is going backwards. Leicester City are unbeaten in five of their last six games in all competitions against Leeds.
