(Will keep a pinned link to the March 7th entry going forward for all those that are not in the loop. It has the final record on the old approach.)
Was a small card on my end yesterday. All progressions were closed and nothing new qualified. Two flat plays on the bigger dogs on the card and two first-period totals resulted in a 1-3 showing for a -0.8 loss. Detroit played an excellent hockey game as well. I was very happy with the showing, price, and close… just didn’t get the outcome on that.
Both moneyline plays resulted in 1-2% clv, while both first period totals moved against. Going 1-4 over the last five in the first period has brought this market to red at -0.48. I am liking the additional filter on those, but I will continue to monitor. Unless there is a problem, those will run until the end of the regular season.
Three new progressions get underway today… and none of them include the Sabres (phew). One team total in the home side of the Penguins hosting the Bruins. Then two from our Northern Division in the Oilers and Jets, both playing as small underdogs against Canadian clubs with new coaches at the helm.
Three additional team totals for tonight, while nothing for a full game total at this time. But I think overall the approach is benefiting from waiting later in the day for those. So, I will post those on Twitter if I do add ’em!

PLEASE READ:
Always risking 1u, never ‘to win’ 1u. If I expose two, that still remains risking 2u, not betting 2.5 to win 1 simply because the price is shorter than what I have. A standard stake here is 1u = 1% of your bankroll. This will keep you in the game instead of busting out every other day because you decided to be stupid and put your entire bankroll down on 8 wagers. If you have worse prices don’t bet more to compensate. Please do not attach my plays in parlays, you are costing yourself extra money trying to cut corners.
