It was NOT five straight. Yesterday put an end to the +45u week by dropping 22…kind of on all markets. Went 1-3 in the overtimes so that’s about 4.5 points there. Regulation lines finished 1-2 with Tampa blowing the Stars out but then the Wings getting the easy win over the Hawks and Minny allowing the equalizer go through in the final couple minutes. Think that was a 3-0 lead they had too?
Panthers tried making a contest of it against the Canes in a similar fashion to their recent win against the Stars. That was enough to bust the under with four goals in the last 10 minutes or so but then still losing in OT. The Lightning did blow out their first reunion of last year’s Stanley Cup Finals with the Stars but not quite enough to get me that over 5.5.
First period totals went 2-3 to end the hot run they were on. All three that missed got half the job done. Biggest losses clearly came from the plethora of mid-sized dogs I was on. Most neither covered nor won. The line which moved furthest against me was the Sabres moneyline. I would guess it was Eichel related, not sure he is worth 5% even if he is their superstar, captain, coach, and general manager.
Today, for my NHL picks, I get shots on three that missed for me this weekend and two that hit. The one game I am playing the other side of is Detroit and Chicago. Hawks moved the other way for me while going shorter on the market. Have taken the Isles again against the Pens this would make it a third time of their five games I believe? Have them at 58% on a 49-50% line for the most value on the day. They are so much better than the score has dictated over several of these head-to-heads.
No full game totals qualified for today so just the heavy side play again and the two first period overs.

PLEASE READ:
Always risking 1u, never ‘to win’ 1u. If I expose two, that still remains risking 2u, not betting 2.5 to win 1 simply because the price is shorter than what I have. A standard stake here is 1u = 1% of your bankroll. This will keep you in the game instead of busting out every other day because you decided to be stupid and put your entire bankroll down on 8 wagers. If you have worse prices don’t bet more to compensate. Please do not attach my plays in parlays, you are costing yourself extra money trying to cut corners.
