The NHL is back in full swing, and what better way to celebrate than with another NHL mega parlay for the weekend? We’ve got a four-leg bet to kick things off, with three puck line plays that all present value.
We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every NHL game first. We’ve been on a roll this hockey season, and our experts are on fire right now. Our NHL ‘best bets‘ are 15-11, good for a 58 percent cash rate. Don’t miss out on their picks for each of tonight’s 12 games.
Florida Panthers -1.5 (+145)
Philadelphia Flyers -1.5 (+195)
Toronto Maple Leafs -1.5 (+175)
Colorado Avalanche ML (-155)
Parlay odds: +3160
This parlay offers the chance of a huge payout north of 30/1. I think all of our puck line teams are going to win comfortably, so we don’t have to worry about the money line. And even if they’re only up by one late in the third, there’s always the chance of an empty-net goal to cash in. Let’s break them down one by one.
Florida Panthers -1.5 (+145)
Fading the Red Wings is seemingly a profitable endeavor every year, and we’re going back to the well here with the Panthers. Detroit still only has two wins, and they enter this one on a four-game losing streak. Four of their six losses have come by at least three goals, so they often haven’t even been competitive. They’ve given up at least six goals in two of their past three, making them a prime target for a puck line play. The Panthers have only lost once in four games, and that loss came in overtime. They’ve scored at least four goals in all three of their wins, which makes me a lot more comfortable laying the -1.5 here. I’m expecting another multi-point effort from Carter Verhaeghe here.

Philadelphia Flyers -1.5 (+195)
The Flyers have a lot of momentum entering this one after sweeping a two-game set against the Devils by a combined score of 8-4. All five of their wins this season have come by multiple goals, so I feel comfortable playing them on the puck line as well. Jakub Voracek has six assists in his last four games, while James van Riemsdyk has multi-goal games in two of his past four contests. The Islanders once again are struggling on offense, with only ten total goals in their last six games. Their defense isn’t good enough to compensate for that little production, and they just gave up six goals to the Caps last time out.

Toronto Maple Leafs -1.5 (+175)
For our last puck line pick I’m rolling with the Maple Leafs. Toronto is on fire, and they’ve now won five of their last six games. Edmonton has been mediocre at best, and their defense is an absolute mess. They’ve given up 33 goals in only nine games, one of the worst rates in the league. Auston Matthews is hot right now with a goal in four straight games, and he should be able to keep it rolling here against this porous defense. Toronto is third in the NHL in power play conversion rate, so I like their chances to win by multiple goals here as well.

Colorado Avalanche ML (-155)
Pivoting away from puck lines for a second, I’m going with the Avalanche on the money line to round out this mega parlay. Colorado just scored three goals in the third period on Thursday night to complete a sweep of the Sharks, and they’ve now scored ten goals in their past two games. Needless to say, they’ve got a lot of offensive momentum. Now is a good time to fade Minnesota as their 5-3 record isn’t representative of the hockey they’ve been playing. They’ve been the beneficiaries of a soft schedule, with all of their games so far coming against middling Ducks, Kings, and Sharks teams. This game is going to be a rude wake-up call for them.
