NFL Week 6 Weather Conditions (Fantasy Football)

The weather looked pretty rough heading into this weekend – Cleveland in particular, but it’s not looking quite as bad now. We’re definitely going to see some very breezy conditions in a few games this week, but fantasy passing statistics don’t take a noticeable hit until the winds get up to 20 mph sustained. While we do have a few in the 15-18 mph range, it looks like we missed the worst of it. I’ll still be monitoring a few games right up to kickoff and posting any updates below.

Post Publishing Updates

This article will be updated leading up to the games right in this section and below. I’ll also post updates on Twitter on Sunday morning with a final update around 12:30 pm ET if necessary.

Catch ‘SUNDAY LIVE’ at Noon ET —  Mike “The Fantasy Hitman” Wright will be answering start/sit questions, and covering injury updates for Week 6.

Fantasy Impact: This game will be very breezy, but this is actually a pretty sizable improvement over what it looked like earlier this week. Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense will continue to lean on Kareem Hunt with Nick Chubb declared out, but the TEs should see heavy use again this week. The Arizona offense will probably struggle pushing it downfield, but I would expect that out of anyone facing the Browns defensive front. That being said, Kyler Murray shouldn’t be affected too badly by the weather. This might actually make him a sneaky DFS play where the perception of the weather will keep people off of him.
