NFL Week 16 Weather Conditions (Fantasy Football)

So far it’s looking like a good week for weather for the Sunday slate. Carolina even managed a feat I’ve never seen in the four years writing the weather article – zero mph sustained winds forecasted. The only issue is the weather in Kansas City.

As it stands now, the weather in Kansas City looks fine but there is a two-hour period with sustained winds above 20 mph and rain in the hours leading up to the game. It should pass by kickoff, but we might need to adjust if the timing shifts to the right by a couple hours.

CHI@SEA-It snowed quite a bit in Seattle earlier today, but crews were removing the snow and we’ll probably only see some light snow in the early portion of the game. The field may be a bit slick from the earlier snow but the weather/field shouldn’t be bad enough to affect things for fantasy. You still might want to sit the kickers in this game since it will also be breezy.

Fantasy Impact: It looks like there’s some nasty weather that sweeps through right before the game. By kickoff, the worst of it should have subsided but timing is the tricky thing.
