Baseball is finally back in full swing. The 2021 MLB season officially kicked off last week, and the action has been jam-packed. We’ve got a nice big slate now on Wednesday, and why not celebrate by going for a nice payday? That’s right, we’re back with another MLB mega parlay, this time a three-teamer with a payout of almost 15/1 where we’re counting on the Red Sox to keep on rolling.
We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every MLB game.
Twins -1.5 (-110)
Red Sox -1.5 (+165)
Giants -1.5 (+215)
Parlay odds: +1486
Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.
Twins -1.5 (-110)
Minnesota lost a one-run game in extra innings to Detroit on Tuesday, and they’ll get their revenge on Wednesday. Right before that they’d been dominant, scoring 23 runs in their previous two games. Clearly they’ve got the offensive upside we’re looking for when backing a team on the run line. They won the first game of this series 15-6, and now they’ll have Opening Day starter Kenta Maeda back on the mound here. Maeda gave up only one earned run in his first start, and I’ll take him over Detroit’s Matthew Boyd any day of the week. Boyd had a 6.71 ERA and 1.48 WHIP in 12 starts last season.

Red Sox -1.5 (+165)
The Red Sox have a lot of momentum entering this one, and I think they’ll be able to keep it going. They’ve won the first two games of this series, the first in dominant 11-2 fashion and the second one in an extra innings thriller. J.D. Martinez is having the bounce back campaign that I expected him to, as he already has five doubles and two home runs in only five games. Boston will start Nathan Eovaldi here, who only gave up one run in his first start. Tampa is now 2-3, and even in one of their wins they only scored one run. I’m just not scared by their offense. +165

Giants -1.5 (+215)
The Giants are an underdog here, so I’m taking them on the alt run line of -1.5. Blake Snell didn’t give up any runs in his first start, but he only pitched 4 and 2/3 innings due to throwing 86 pitches. Fernando Tatis Jr. just went down with an injury, and I think that’s going to demoralize this San Diego offense a bit. In their last three games, they’ve produced only six total runs. San Francisco will start Kevin Gausman here, who was fantastic in his first start. He pitched 6 and 2/3 innings, giving up just two hits and one run. This Giants offense is better than most think, and I think they’ll be able to do a little bit of damage against Snell.
