The last full slate of regular-season college football games is upon us, as teams continue to jockey for bowl eligibility and spots in conference championship games. For a select few, it is one of the last opportunities to bolster their resume for inclusion in the College Football Playoff. The tradition of this week is unparalleled, with some of the sport’s fiercest rivalries taking place.

Here’s a look at the early college football odds and lines, along with my picks for the biggest games of Week 13 (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale):

No. 12 Ole Miss (9-2 SU, 6-4-1 ATS, 3-8 O/U) vs. No. 25 Mississippi State (7-4 SU, 7-4 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

An Egg Bowl matchup that features explosive quarterbacks in Ole Miss’ Matt Corral and Mississippi State’s Will Rogers should be a fun one. Expect a lot of points even with the game played on a short week.

Boise State (7-4 SU, 7-4 ATS, 3-8 O/U) vs. No. 19 San Diego State (10-1 SU, 5-5-1 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

San Diego State needs a win to clinch a spot in the Mountain West title game, but Boise State will spoil the party after opening as a slight favorite by the early Week 13 college football odds.

No. 17 Iowa (9-2 SU, 6-5 ATS, 4-7 O/U) vs. Nebraska (3-8 SU, 6-4-1 ATS, 5-5-1 O/U)

Another game, and another close loss for the Cornhuskers. Last week’s seven-point loss to Wisconsin was its seventh loss by one possession on the season. There is only so much heartbreak this team can take.

No. 5 Cincinnati (11-0 SU, 6-5 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. East Carolina (7-4 SU, 7-3-1 ATS, 4-7 O/U)

Can Cincinnati breathe easier this week now that Oregon’s loss seemingly opened a path for the Bearcats to the College Football Playoff? Possibly, but they should not relax too much after ECU was up 12 in the fourth quarter in last season’s meeting.

Missouri (6-5 SU, 3-8 ATS, 7-4 O/U) vs. No. 21 Arkansas (7-4 SU, 6-4-1 ATS, 7-4 O/U)

Arkansas fought valiantly in a close 42-35 loss to Alabama, but it allowed 559 yards passing, and the sting of that defeat will carry over into a letdown this week.

Colorado (4-7 SU, 5-6 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. No. 23 Utah (8-3 SU, 5-6 ATS, 8-3 O/U)

Opening line: Utah -24 (-110)

Utah’s physicality was on display in a 38-7 rout of Oregon last week. With a likely rematch against Oregon looming in the Pac-12 Championship, the Utes may not give Colorado their full attention after clinching their division.

North Carolina (6-5 SU, 4-7 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. No. 20 NC State (8-3 SU, 7-4 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

The quest for NC State’s second double-digit win season in school history remains alive as the Wolfpack are 8-3 heading into this week. They would love nothing more than to get their ninth win against their biggest rivals. They’re comfortable favorites on the early Week 13 college football odds.

No. 1 Georgia (11-0 SU, 7-4 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. Georgia Tech (3-8 SU, 4-7 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

Opening line: Georgia -35 (-110)

After a quasi-bye week in their 56-7 win over Charleston Southern, the Bulldogs figure to not have much resistance against a Yellow Jackets team that was shutout 55-0 in South Bend with their backup quarterback. With Georgia’s eyes likely focused on the SEC Championship, this could be a very low-scoring game.

No. 4 Ohio State (10-1 SU, 6-4-1 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. No. 6 Michigan (10-1 SU, 9-2 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

Opening Line: Ohio State -7.5 (-110)

Is this the year head coach Jim Harbaugh breaks his winless streak against Ohio State? Michigan has not beaten Ohio State since 2011, and the Wolverines are not likely to do it this week, given how explosive the Buckeyes offense looked in Week 12. However, Michigan’s physical running game and sneaky good offense behind QB Cade McNamara is good enough to keep this game close.

No. 10 Wake Forest (9-2 SU, 5-6 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. Boston College (6-5 SU, 6-5 ATS, 3-8 O/U)

After Clemson exposed Wake Forest’s offensive line in a 48-27 win last week, the Demon Deacons need a road win to clinch a spot in the ACC Championship. They will get it, but it won’t be because of their defense, which has allowed close to 50 points per game over the last three outings.

Texas Tech (6-5 SU, 5-5-1 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. No. 11 Baylor (9-2 SU, 8-3 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

Opening line: Baylor -14.5 (-110)

With the injury to QB Gerry Bohanon last week, Baylor will struggle to score against the Red Raiders this week. Back the Under on the early college football odds for Week 13.

No. 24 Houston (10-1 SU, 7-4 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. UConn (1-10 SU, 5-6 ATS, 5-5-1 O/U)

Opening line: Houston -32.5 (-110)

Houston has already clinched a berth in the AAC Championship Game and is likely using this week to prepare for Cincinnati rather than game planning for one of the worst teams in FBS.

No. 22 UTSA (11-0 SU, 8-3 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. North Texas (5-6 SU, 8-3 ATS, 3-7-1 O/U)

UTSA narrowly kept its hopes alive for a perfect 12-0 regular season with a come-from-behind 34-31 win last week. It appears as if its invincibility is waning down the stretch.

PICK: North Texas +12 (-110) ★★

No. 2 Alabama (10-1 SU, 6-5 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. Auburn (6-5 SU, 5-6 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

Opening line: Alabama -19.5 (-110)
Opening total: 55

Many bettors will be sour on Alabama after its close win and non-cover last week. However, head coach Nick Saban is a master motivator, and he knows he needs his team to play better heading into the SEC Championship Game against Georgia. He will have his guys fired up for this rivalry game. Roll with the Tide against a big number on the early college football odds for Week 13.

Oregon State (7-4 SU, 7-4 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. No. 3 Oregon (9-2 SU, 4-7 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

Oregon cannot afford to feel sorry for itself that its CFP hopes vanished with last week’s loss. If the Ducks do not get up to play this game, Oregon State is certainly capable of beating them.

Penn State (7-4 SU, 7-4 ATS, 2-9 O/U) vs. No. 7 Michigan State (9-2 SU, 7-2-2 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud exposed a vulnerable Michigan State secondary last week, throwing six touchdown passes and five in the first half. However, Penn State QB Sean Clifford and the Nittany Lions offense is not built to expose those weaknesses.

PICK: Michigan State +1 (-110) ★★

No. 15 Wisconsin (8-3 SU, 6-5 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. Minnesota (7-4 SU, 6-4-1 ATS, 6-5 O/U)

Opening line: Wisconsin -6.5 (-110)

With a win, Wisconsin would run its winning streak to eight games, while more importantly securing its seventh appearance in the Big Ten Championship game. However, a defense that has been rock solid for the past month and a half was exposed by Nebraska last week. Look for Minnesota to capitalize on some opportunities offensively and keep this game within a touchdown.

No. 16 Texas A&M (8-3 SU, 7-4 ATS, 4-7 O/U) vs. LSU (5-6 SU, 4-6-1 ATS, 4-7 O/U)

The LSU defense is playing inspired football down the stretch, holding Alabama and Arkansas to 33 combined points in eight regulation quarters. The Tigers will show up again at home against the Aggies. Back the Under on the early college football odds for Week 13.

No. 13 Oklahoma (10-1 SU, 5-6 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. No. 9 Oklahoma State (10-1 SU, 9-2 ATS, 3-7-1 O/U)

While we are used to shootouts and expecting the team with the ball last to win this Bedlam rivalry game, this year’s matchup is all about defense with two outstanding units.

No. 18 Pittsburgh (9-2 SU, 8-3 ATS, 8-3 O/U) vs. Syracuse (5-6 SU, 8-3 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

Opening line: Pittsburgh -11 (-110)

Pittsburgh has clinched its spot in the ACC Championship, and now faces a Syracuse team that has played well defensively at home. 

PICK: Under 58.5 (-115) ★★

No. 8 Notre Dame (10-1 SU, 8-3 ATS, 5-6 O/U) vs. Stanford (3-8 SU, 3-8 ATS, 5-6 O/U)

Opening line: Notre Dame -17 (-110)

The “chaos” of Oregon losing last week seemingly benefited Cincinnati the most from a CFP perspective, but the Irish might just be one more Alabama loss to Georgia away from getting in themselves. It would behoove them to put on another dominating performance against an overmatched Stanford team this week.

No. 14 BYU (9-2 SU, 5-6 ATS, 4-7 O/U) vs. USC (4-6 SU, 3-7 ATS, 6-4 O/U)

Opening line: BYU -7 (-105)
Opening total: 64

RB Tyler Allgeier has rushed for at least 136 yards in three of BYU’s last four games, and his physicality behind a dominant offensive line will be the difference in this non-conference matchup.

PICK: BYU -7 (-105) ★★
