The Masters 2020: Live stream, tee times, UK start time, TV coverage and talkSPORT commentary as Tiger Woods and co tackle Augusta National

The 2020 Masters tournament is finally upon us as the world’s best golfers prepare to take on the famous Augusta National.

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 lockdown, this year’s Masters had to be move from April to the autumn.

But the iconic golf course has been prepared for its new date and now the action is set to get underway.

The likes of defending champion Tiger Woods, grand slam hopeful Rory McIlroy and world number one Dustin Johnson will tee it up on Thursday ahead of action-packed weekend.

Woods completed his Cinderella-Story last year when he claimed his fifth Green Jacket and first major title for 11 years.

He’ll be looking to compete for the championship again but he’ll be up against arguably the finest field – which includes red-hot favourite Bryson DeChambeau – to ever take to the Georgia track.

The Masters 2020: Date and start time

The tournament will be held from Thursday, November 12 to Masters Sunday on November 15.

The course will be a par-72, playing 7,475 yards and 92 players will begin the week before Saturday’s cut.

Play will get under way from 12:30pm UK time on Thursday and Friday and from 5pm UK time on Saturday and Sunday.

The new champion should receive his green jacket at around 8pm on Sunday night.

The Masters 2020: How to watch

Sky Sports will be broadcasting the action on TV and have rights to all four days.

Coverage will begin on Sky Sports Golf and Sky Sports Main Event on Thursday at 12:30pm. Their coverage of the final round will being at 3pm on both channels.

If you are a Sky subscriber, you can upgrade your package to watch all four day live for £10. It can then be live streamed via the app using mobile, tablet or computer devices.

The BBC will be showing highlights after each day on BBC Two and on BBC iPlayer.
