Quarterback
With no Patrick Mahomes on the slate, you can’t just simply lock in 300 & four TDs. Sorry people. A lot of the top QBs have tough matchups this week so you’ll have to get creative in tournaments and mitigate your risk in cash lineups.
DraftKings: Russell Wilson is the QB1 on DraftKings at $7,700 which is still a value. I like him as my expensive cash play at home against the Giants… Ryan Tannehill is going to be a popular tournament QB this week at just $6,200. His salary simply isn’t budging much at all. We saw last week he can coincide with Derrick Henry and get “his own” in a game. In a game with a 52-point total, I’ll certainly look his way… If Ryan Fitzpatrick gets another start, fire him up in tournaments with Devante Parker against the Bengals… And I know you had to pull the car over last week and vomit, but Derek Carr is back in play for DFS. At $5,800 against a Jets defense ranked dead last in pass DVOA, why not?.. Matt Ryan is my favorite cash gameplay on DraftKings as he’s priced the same as Gardner Minshew II, a QB who hasn’t played in weeks. If Julio Jones is back, he’s a smash play at only $5,600.
